HOW IT WORKS

DISCOVERY
Call to book a free consultation with one of our experienced Project Managers to discuss your project needs. We will discuss topics like:
- What are your project goals?
- What is your timeline?
- What is your budget?
- What potential roadblocks/issues we may face?
- How we can help you make your project a reality.
2.
PLANNING
During the planning phase, we provide you with the following:
- Digital blueprint of the project area.
- Visualizations of the proposed project.
- Project design consultations.
- Material and contractors needed to complete the project.
- Project requirements (i.e., permitting, abatement, engineering, etc.)
- Develop the scope of work.
3.
COORDINATION
This project phase includes coordination with contractors, permitting agencies, engineering, and utilities. Some of what we’ll do for you include:
- Obtain necessary permits, one call, etc., if needed.
- Develop contractor proposals and requirements.
- Obtain and review proposals from each contractor/trade.
- Review bids and provide recommendations to the client.
- Obtain material bids or determine if the contractor will provide materials.
- Compile a total estimate and schedule for the client.
4.
CONSTRUCTION
Once the client approves the project, Project Worx will:
- Schedule and sequence contractors to perform necessary project work.
- Inspect contractors’ quality to ensure it meets or exceeds project requirements.
- Mitigate and resolve issues to ensure the project meets schedule and budget requirements.
- Liaise with the client and contractor(s) throughout the construction process.
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the project meets client expectations.
- Continuous monitoring of budget and schedule.
